Bitspring Consulting
I have been doing independent consulting professionally for local businesses and individuals for the past 18 years. Predominantly, I service medical transcription companies, although that is due more to the "word of mouth" effect than intention.
The majority of my time is spent advising on hardware and software purchases, setup/configuration of both hardware and software, and providing third-party tech support at both normal and emergency levels. I also service the customization and software development needs of my clients. Of course, as a computer scientist, I particularly enjoy custom application development.
While I have customers ranging from individuals to medium-size enterprises, the majority of my clients run home-offices.
Unfortunately, as my schedule is full, I am no longer taking on new clients.
